Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage is great for those that love deep tissue massage, athletes, runners, cyclists, crossfitters, or anyone that really pushes their body. If you are 130+ lbs. and are in good shape with no circulatory issues you are a candidate for this style of massage. There are a series of questions I will need to ask over the phone to confirm your appointment and a very detailed health history form will need to be filled out. There are more contraindications with this style of bodywork due to the amount of pressure that is applied to the body. If you have a hard time finding a deep enough massage and weigh 230+lbs, you are probably going to love this style of bodywork!
Ashi-Thai/ Yoga Stretching is for those looking better flexibility and mobility. Have you tried Thai massage and loved it or really like yoga and to be stretched? Ashi-Thai is done on the massage table while staying fully clothed in loose yoga/ lounge clothing. You will be guided through various stretches while I use my feet to apply compressions to your body. Ashi-Thai is recommended for those individuals that are interested in the barefoot massage, but are 130 lbs. or less.
Deep Tissue & Swedish Combo is a blend of deep tissue and swedish massage techniques tailored to each individual and done with the therapists hands, elbows, and forearms. Have a particular tissue-issue that is bothering you and needs to be worked out, but still want a relaxing massage experience? Each massage is uniquely crafted to address a persons tight and sore areas yet induce a deep sense of calm relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage is for the expecting mother. With a rapidly changing and growing body, massage can help ease the aches & pains, and promote overall wellness.
